Folio-ITL Fund Services Limited ('Folio-ITL') is a joint venture between ITL Advisory Services Limited, a company incorporated in Malta and offering business advisory and business process outsourcing ('BPO') services; and Folio Administrators Limited, an international company domiciled in the British Virgin Islands ('BVI') and offering fund administration services.

Folio-ITL is a strategic alliance which capitalizes on Malta's ideally suited geographical location, together with its legal and regulatory framework for the financial services sector. Malta is perceived to have solid future growth potential as a service provider to the financial services industry and Folio-ITL seeks to be an excellent provider of such services and participate in this success.

Folio Administrators Limited was founded in 2001in the BVI and has since grown progressively to become the largest fund administration service provider in the region. Folio currently provides full administration services to over 130 funds regulated in the British Virgin Islands, the Cayman Islands and Anguilla with 35 members of staff providing such services. According to the Q4 2008 Hedge Fund Administrator Survey, Folio Administrators Limited ranked the 30th as Fund of Fund Administrators globally and 43rd in Hedge Fund Administration.

ITL Advisory Services Limited ('ITLASL') is a Business Process Outsourcing Specialist company, which, together with its sister company International Trust Limited ('ITL'), a company incorporated in Malta and authorised to provide trustee services under the Trusts and Trustees Act, has worked closely with top international services providers in the investment funds area. Besides offices in Malta, ITL also has offices in London and Zurich.
